Webdynpro application error

When clicking on a Web Dynpro application after a long break, the user receives an error message stating that the session was closed due to a timeout.

For resource reasons, sessions in the system can only be kept open for a limited period of time. When this time is exceeded, the session is closed.
The browser displaying the most recent data of the Web Dynpro application is not aware of this fact and still allows the user to click on the Web Dynpro application after a longer period of time. The corresponding request must then be rejected by the system.

The timeout can not be avoided. You can, however, enter a corresponding error page on the SICF node of the Web Dynpro application, which then is sent instead of the current page.
